What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your rooms will be ready for check-in from 4:00 PM. On the day of your departure, please check out by 11:00 AM at the latest. Arriving early, no worries! We can store your luggage free of charge in our storage area. You’re also welcome to relax at our bar and restaurant while you wait.

If you’re sure you'll be arriving early, feel free to let our team know, we’ll do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible. Likewise, if you need to leave before breakfast is served, we can prepare a takeaway breakfast bag for you, just let us know by the evening before!

Can we leave our bags at the hotel until we leave?

Of course! We’ll be happy to store your luggage free of charge in our storage area. You can also enjoy our bar and restaurant to relax and refresh while you wait.

Is there a car park in the hotel? Is it free? Do I need to book in advance?

Roc Seven Biarritz does not offer private parking, but there are several parking options available throughout the city. The Saint Eugénie car park is just a short walk from Roc Seven Biarritz. Paid public parking spaces are also available at Place du Port-Vieux.

Is there a taxi/bus service between the airport and the hotel?

Yes, we work with a taxi company that offers transfers between the airport and Roc Seven Biarritz.

Are the hotel and restaurant accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Our restaurant is open to all visitors.

As for the hotel, the building’s architecture unfortunately does not allow for the installation of an elevator to access the upper floors. As a result, we are unable to accommodate guests with reduced mobility in our rooms.

What is the maximum capacity per room?

Double Terrace Rooms (2 guests, children included):
17 m² room accommodating up to 2 guests (children included), equipped with two 90x200 cm beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Located on the first floor only.

Comfort Terrace Rooms (2 guests, children included):
23 m² room for up to 2 guests (children included), featuring two 90x200 cm beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Located on the first floor only.

Comfort Ocean View Rooms (2 guests, children included):
21 m² room for up to 2 guests (children included), equipped with two 90x200 cm beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Junior Ocean View Suite (2 adults, 2 children under 12):
28 m² suite for up to 3 guests (or 2 adults and 2 children under 12), featuring two 90x200 cm beds and a 140 cm mattress sofa in an alcove, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Roc Seven Terrace Suite:
29 m² suite for 2 guests (children included), equipped with two 90x200 cm beds, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Located on the first floor only.

Roc Seven Ocean Suite:
28 m² suite for 2 guests (children included), with two 90x200 cm beds, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Are there services for families (cots, chairs, etc.)?

Yes, our properties offer baby cots (except in the Double Terrace Room) as well as high chairs upon request. Just let us know when making your reservation so we can prepare everything you need for a comfortable family stay.

In the restaurant, high chairs and a changing table are also available for your convenience.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, pets are welcome. However, an additional charge of €15 per night applies per pet and per room. Please mention this when you make your reservation so that we can provide a cushion for your little friend!

What activities can be done at the hotel and around?

What facilities are included in the rooms (product, safe, minibar, hairdryer...)?

All our rooms are equipped with a minibar, television, air conditioning, a shower with hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. You will also find a courtesy tray with tea and coffee, as well as free Wi-Fi.

Does the hotel have rooms for meetings or private events?

Roc Seven offers the perfect setting for your professional events (business meals, residential seminars) as well as private occasions. It’s an ideal venue for hosting a wedding, birthday, baptism, or honeymoon.

What dining options are available at the hotel (breakfast, bar...)?

From breakfast to dinner, we welcome you throughout the day in our restaurant.
Here are our service hours:

  • Breakfast: 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM
  • Lunch: 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM
  • Dinner: 7:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Light snacks: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM (non-stop)
  • Bar: 7:30 AM - 11:30 PM (non-stop)

Is there a minimum period of stay required?

We do not impose weekly stays, but depending on the period, our minimum stay varies between 1 and 7 nights. Please consult our website for our booking conditions.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Our rooms are sold without breakfast. You can add a breakfast option during your reservation or upon arrival. From sweet treats to savory dishes, we offer a fresh and delightful breakfast, which you can enjoy in the peacefulness of our terrace or indoor dining area. To let you fully enjoy your lazy mornings, our breakfast is served until 10 AM.

Are there options for special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free...)?

Of course, we adapt our menus to suit all diets. We offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, clearly indicated by distinctive symbols on our menus. We also offer gluten-free options. We're committed to satisfying as many people as possible!

Do I need to book in advance to dine at the restaurant?

It’s not necessary to book in advance, but we highly recommend it, especially during the high season due to the large number of visitors.

Is there a children's menu?

Yes, we offer a menu specially designed for children at all our establishments. Please check our menus on the restaurant page.

Can I order takeaway food?

No, we do not offer a takeaway service.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept CB and cash in our hotel and restaurant. We do not accept holiday vouchers or luncheon vouchers. If you are a hotel guest, you can also transfer your bill to your room and pay it when you check out.

Our entire range of Roc Seven clothing (sweaters, towels, t-shirts, etc.) is available at the reception. The collection is updated regularly, so feel free to ask about our latest arrivals!

What is °Fahrenheit Seven doing for the environment?

Because the environment is the added value of all our establishments, the least we can do is to do everything we can to limit our impact on it. Using ecological cleaning products and recycled paper, doing away with plastic bottles and straws, offering a wider range of organic, fair-trade and local produce in our restaurants, sorting waste and bio-waste to produce bio-ethanol, natural welcome products with sustainable packaging... we've done a lot and we don't intend to stop there!

You too can play your part in making tourism more sustainable:

  • When you leave your room, remember to turn down the heating and turn off the lights.
  • Use public transport close to the hotel.
  • Leave your towels in the bath or shower only if you need them changed.
  • Let the hotel reception know if you need a change of sheets.
