Val Thorens
Ski holidays in Val Thorens have always been popular among sports and skiing enthusiasts. Voted the "Best Ski Resort in the World" for several years running, Val Thorens is one of the most dynamic resorts in the 3 Valleys ski area . So it was quite natural that °Fahrenheit Seven chose to open its very first hotel there!
The 4-star Hotel °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens is the first creation from La Maison °F7 set on the slopes of the eponymous resort, with direct access to the slopes of the 3 Valleys ski area . The ski room is so comfortable that you won’t want to leave, or at least not before one last coffee as you kick back on a vintage sofa. Once you have ventured outside, you will be bowled over by the view as you feel the irrepressible urge to take to the slopes! If you are on your ski holidays in Val Thorens with friends or here as a family, you might want to take in the festive ambiance once the pistes have closed for the day. In that case, °F7 Val Thorens is just the ticket! The hotel’s 108 rooms have a neo-vintage feel and the décor is constantly being refreshed by our chief interior designer, Véronique Vidoni. The restaurants tend to have a Mediterranean feel, with a menu inspired by Italian, Spanish and French cuisine. You will always find a table at our restaurant in Val Thorens , a sunny lounger on our Terrace, a barstool at Zinc or a plush sofa at La Cheminée!
And you are, of course, in the heart of a party destination par excellence in your hotel in Val Thorens ! DJ sets and performers take to the stage every afternoon on the terrace of the restaurant from february, and at Zinc every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. Don't miss the iconic Seven Party too - it takes place once a month.

Courchevel
Just a stone's throw from the ESF (French Ski School), the Hotel Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel is the perfect compromise for anyone skiing with family. It has 80 rooms with a chic vintage design, with up to six beds per room in our family duplexes. At lunchtime, head to the Terrasse de la Rôtisserie, our friendly sunlit brasserie overlooking the slopes of Courchevel. In the evening, check out the chef's casual-chic cuisine at La Cheminée, complete with a panoramic view of the valley. The house menu is refreshed every week, with signature dishes cooked in a wood-fired oven. It’s the perfect cosy corner for taking in the sunset!
Come evening, °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel gets down and dirty at the Seven Kings! This street bar has a vibrant pub atmosphere with a meticulous selection of beers, gins and British whiskies. But don’t forget to head up to the first floor too, where you can try out the sauna and hammam in the "Relax” area.

Les Menuires
Roc Seven Les Menuires is the highest-altitude Italian restaurant in the 3 Valleys ski area and it is accessible on skis or on foot from the Croisette des Menuires via the Roc 1 cable car (hence its name). Its location is breathtaking and the lush green and gold plant-inspired decoration contrasts with the bright white slopes. You can take in a breathtaking view of the peaks of the Belleville valley from the terrace while sampling the finest Italian cuisine. The team in the kitchen whips up all kinds of pastas, risottos, pizzas and Piedmontese specialties.
If you are in Les Menuires or on the slopes of the 3 Valleys ski area and you’re determined to explore the resort inside out, take the time for a convivial gourmet break at the very top of Roc 1. Every afternoon, the terrace comes to life with our après-ski entertainment. Our crew of resident performers and DJs light up this most remarkable of settings every day. Expect festa e dolce vita at the top of the slopes! You can be sure of a good-natured, festive atmosphere until the slopes close, when it's time to head back down - but don't worry, there’s always tomorrow!

Cap Ferret
Dishes with Mediterranean flavours are lovingly prepared in the kitchen. The menu pays homage to the restaurant's Latin influences while giving pride of place to the terroir of France’s south-western region, with ingredients including chipiron calamari, ewe's cheese and grilled turbot, but also an amazing seafood risotto, Basque-style pork and more besides. This colourful menu is packed full of your favourites. The décor lends the place a soft Catalan atmosphere, with terracotta tones and materials. Be sure to check out this quiet little Arcachon landmark as soon as you can during your next Cap Ferret holiday .

Porto-Vecchio
The atmosphere is that of a family home but it also exudes a real love of design. Casa Santini x Roc Seven offers 34 rooms with 16 to 47 m2 of space, some with panoramic terrace. This lush green setting is a haven just a few metres from the ocean, in surroundings that will take your breath away. As for dining, the menu navigates between Italian, Spanish and Corsican inspirations. The chef and his team create generous summer cuisine that brings out the very best in seafood and the produce of the local Corsican terroir.
That said, the most amazing thing about this hotel in Porto Vecchio is its small stretch of beach and its private pontoon, which add the perfect finishing touch to this idyllic setting. In short, it's the ideal destination for anyone who loves the Mediterranean and wants a magical destination for their holidays in south Corsica !
